Tired and grumpy - not sure where the other 5 were but not a sign of Snow White! no
It was a tired place really. I donm't know if we were given a room for people on the TMB but it just seemed a little out of keeping with the rest of the Hotel.
Staff at breakfast. As a family we were struggling to get cereal and eggs - when we looked around, there were other groups and families who were all seeing the same. Grumpy staff and they were doing thir own thing - adding milk when there was loads and people were queing for the cereal, not looking at people wanting croissants, and ignoring everyone.

Comfortable stay.
Staff were fantastic. Location good. Our room had a wonderful view. Note that pets ate allowed, we didn't realise until there was a dog in the neighbouring room.
Carpet and bathroom were not clean. Bar fridge did not work. No chairs on balcony.

Lovely hotel with comfy beds!
No aircon and roomed were very hot at night. Need a fan at least. Aircon didn’t work

Great location
The property’s location offered us an ideal location near the Aosta Valley. We stayed there for the first and last nights of our Alta Via 1 hike
It would have been nice if the breakfast was included in the room price.
